Barcelona is one of the most popular city break destinations in Europe and more and more people are now moving there permanently. Visitor numbers have doubled since the 1992 Olympics.

Great for people watching, eating and drinking, is the famous Las Ramblas. If you are looking for nightlife, you will not be disappointed - it has a late start here, though, from 10pm things start to get going, and you can party all through the night. Try the area''s of ''Olympic Port'', ''La Ribera'' and the Bohemian ''El Raval''
