PRIZE PROMOTION RULES

1.  

   1. To enter
      Every person entering the SimplySpainAndBeyond.com website (www.simplyspainandbeyond.com) or any other website copyright to Sandra M Dean, between December 2008 (the Start Date) and 31st March 2009 (the End Date) will be offered the opportunity to enter. Those wishing to enter should follow the link and complete the on-line entry form. There is a limit of one entry per visitor to the website. Entries must be submitted no later than 31st March 2009. By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules, and by any terms and conditions imposed by the owner of the prize property.
      
      
   2. Winner announcement
      The winner will be announced on the SimplySpainAndBeyond.com website on or by 12th April 2009 and the winner will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this.
      
      
   3. Eligibility
      The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over with a valid passport as at the Start Date.
      
      
   4. To win
      
      The winning entry will be that picked at random by the Judge on or before 12th April 2009.
      
      
   5. The prize
      The prize is a 1 week stay, (falling in May 2009 or June 2009, subject to availability) at ‘Compostela Beach – a lovely Apartment Complex in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, Spain, including 2 way transfers via South Tenerife airport. The prize is for the accommodation only and is exclusive of flights, food and drink, spending money, transfers, excursions, travel insurance and medical insurance, plus any other extra costs whatsoever, in respect of which the winner must make their own arrangements. The dates of the prize stay may not be altered and will be subject to pre-bookings at the time of confirmation.  However, at least one week will be held within May or June 2009.
      
      
   6. Exclusion of liability
      The Promoter excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any loss, damage or costs suffered by the Winner in relation to the prize whatsoever and howsoever arising.
      
      
   6. Winner publicity
      Entrants accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right without additional payment or permission to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of the competition and for related promotional purposes.
      
      
   7. Winning entry details
      The name of the winner and the winning entry will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the Promoter requesting details of the winning entry.
      
      
   8. Entries
      All entries will become the property of the Promoter and entrants hereby assign to the Promoter all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
      
      
   9. The Promoter
