1. The information we collect and how we use it
   1. Holiday makers When you register with simplyspainandbeyond.com we need to know your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration. We will not use this information to contact you unless you have made a specific enquiry or have requested a newsletter, in which case you agree to your details being used for the purpose of contacting you.
   2. Agents When you place an advertisement we need to know your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as detailed information about your property(s). The contact details provided by you will only be published on the website to enable potential customers to contact you if you have agreed to us doing so. By signing our Agents contract, you agree to your details being used in this way.
2. Sale of Business If the business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed to the new owners of the business
3. Updating your details If any of the information that you have provided changes, for example if you change your e-mail address or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an e-mail to info@simplyspainandbeyond.co
4. Your consent By registering or placing an advertisement you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change the policy we will post the changes on this page and will place a notice on the website drawing your attention to the change. Continued use of the website/our services will indicate that you agree to any such changes.
5. Cookies We use files known as "cookies" to save small amounts of personal information, and to allow easier access to the website for registered users.
6. How we protect your information The internet is not a secure medium. However, please rest assured that we take security very seriously. We have a number of industry-standard systems in place and ensure that the server software is regularly updated.
